Schroth Best Practice (SBP) School
At ARC, we proudly provide the Schroth Best Practice (SBP) School, an educational program designed for scoliosis patients and their families.
What is SBP School?
It's a structured training where patients (and sometimes their parents) learn how to manage scoliosis independently. The focus is on practical skills, daily integration of Schroth exercises, and understanding scoliosis beyond just the medical side.
